Location: Oulu, travelling up to 50% of the time
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you are the crucial link between development, sales and customers. Your task is to help sales in the first phase and also take care of the customers’ technical needs after the deal has been closed. Your expertise is needed for example to facilitate technical discussion, manage customer evaluation of Valossa AI, plan and build proof-of-concepts together with the development team and successfully implement them at the customer site. You will use existing products and concepts to work out solutions for customers.
You are required to have in-depth knowledge of the Valossa AI product. This knowledge you will accumulate in close collaboration with the Valossa technical team. You will be familiar with enough of the details from development to testing. As you will have direct contact with the customers, you must also have excellent communication skills.
